These classes are suitable for 1st time parents to be  or as a refresher course for  2nd and subsequent pregnancies. There is such a vast agenda and a lot of essential practical parenting covered on the day that everyone will enjoy it regardless of their prior experience. The 2as1 class is longer than all the other courses available but I promise you will be amazed how much you will enjoy the day and feel so much more prepared to become a parent!
